 Olive oil2 Teaspoon
 Onion1 , chopped
 Garlic1/2 Teaspoon, minced
 Pepper red1/2 To taste, diced
 Stalk celery1 , diced
 White rice220 Gram
 Quick100 Gram
 Chicken stock750 Milliliter
 Pinch turmeric
 Prawns200 Gram, drained
 Parsley1 Tablespoon, finely chopped
 Snipped chives1 Tablespoon
 Basil1 Tablespoon, finely chopped

Directions

1. Place oil, onion, garlic, red pepper and celery in a large microwave-safe dish and cook on HIGH (100%) for 2 minutes. Add white and brown rice, stock and turmeric. Cook, uncovered, on HIGH (100%) for 15 minutes or until liquid is absorbed.
2. Fluff up with a fork, add prawns, cover land cook for 1 minute longer. Stir in parsley, chives and basil, and season to
to taste with black pepper.
