Directions
Place the prawns in a basin.
Add the cut up melon and 2-3 tablespoons of cream dressing.
Mix well together.
Line 4 glass sundae dishes with small lettuce leaves and place spoonfuls of the prawn mixture in each glass.
Pour an extra teaspoon of dressing over each portion before serving and sprinkle with paprika pepper.
