Prawn and Macaroni Ring Recipe
Ingredients
| Tomato sauce | 1/2 Pint | |
| 4 oz. mushrooms, diced little sherry | ||
| Tomatoes | 2 , diced | |
| 1 pint prawns or shrimps | ||
| Elbow macaroni | 2 Ounce | |
| 1 oz. butter lemon juice | ||
| Eggs | 2 , boiled (Garnish) | |
| Cooked button | ||
Directions
Make the sauce and add diced mushrooms, if used, sherry, tomatoes and most of the prawns or shrimps.
Meanwhile cook the macaroni and form into a ring, tossing the pasta in a little butter to keep it moist.
Fill the ring with the prawn mixture, flavouring with a little lemon juice.
Garnish with prawns and sections of egg.
If desired cook a few small mushrooms and arrange round the dish.
