Praline Sundae Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
1 1/4 cups brown sugar
1 cup light cream
1/4 pound (about 16) marshmallows
1/4 cup butter or margarine
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/3 cup broken California walnuts
Directions
Combine brown sugar, cream, marshmallows, and dash salt in a 2 quart saucepan.
Heat and stir until brown sugar dissolves and mixture comes to boiling.
Then cook over medium heat 8 to 10 minutes (or till candy thermometer reaches 224°).
Remove from heat; add butter.
Cool slightly; add vanilla and walnuts.
Serve warm.
