Ingredients

 Egg white1 , beaten
 Salt1/2 Teaspoon
 Brown sugar1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Pecans1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped

Directions

Beat egg white until stiff, add salt and continue beating.
Add sifted sugar gradually beating between each addition.
Fold in pecans.
Drop from teaspoon onto ungreased heavy paper and bake 60 minutes at 250°F.
Cool slightly and remove from paper.
