5 large bananas
 
1(15-ounce) can ready-to-spread coconut pecan frosting
 
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
 
2 tablespoons rum Vanilla ice cream

Directions

Peel bananas; slice in half crosswise, then slice in half lengthwise.
Set aside.
Combine frosting and cinnamon in a large skillet; cook over medium heat 3 to 5 minutes or until frosting melts.
Add bananas; cook 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Place rum in a small, long-handled saucepan; heat just until warm (do not boil).
Ignite rum, and pour over bananas; stir until flames die down.
Serve immediately over ice cream.
