Praline Ring Recipe
Ingredients
| Butter/Margarine | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Packed brown sugar | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Pecans and walnuts | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), broken | |
| 2 1/2 cups corn, bran or wheat flakes | ||
| Vanilla ice-cream balls | ||
Directions
About 1/2 hour bejore serving: Chill 5-cup ring mold.
In saucepan, boil butter with sugar just 2 minutes.
Add pecans and cornflakes; with fork, toss to coat.
Press lightly into mold.
Refrigerate 10 minutes; unmold; fill with ice cream.
