Pral Me Sauce Recipe
Looking for a way to pep-up your favorite desserts - try out this Pral Me Sauce. This sauce has an impressive taste and texture and I just love it on my cakes, waffles, or ice creams. Also, I use this Pral Me Sauce pretty mush as a dessert fondue too. Give it a try and I am sure you are gonna like this one!
Ingredients
1 cup (packed) brown sugar
1/2 cup light corn syrup
1/4 cup water
1 teaspoon cornstarch
Dash salt
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1 tablespoon butter or margarine
Directions
Combine first 5 ingredients in metal fondue pot; mix.
Place on fondue stand over direct high heat.
Cook, stirring constantly, until sauce thickens and clears.
Stir in nuts and butter or margarine.
Lower heat and keep warm.
Ladle over sliced cake, waffles, or ice cream.
