Prairie Cookies Recipe
Prairie Cookies tastes simple. Prairie Cookies is very easy to make. Prairie Cookies tastes better with chocolate chips
Ingredients
1/3 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup butter, softened
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 egg, beaten
1/2 cup flour
1 1/2 cups rolled oats
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
1/2 cup raisins
2/3 cup chocolate chips
1/2 cup slivered almonds
Directions
Preheat oven to 3 50 °F (175 °C).
Butter a cookie sheet.
Set aside.
In a bowl, mix brown sugar and butter.
Add cream and egg.
Whip until mixture thickens.
Fold in remaining ingredients, mixing well.
Spoon dough on cookie sheet, using 2 tbsp (30 mL) dough for each cookie.
Bake on top oven rack 20 minutes.
