| Double cream | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Sugar syrup | 20 Gram | |
| Vanilla essence | 1 | |
| Butter | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Graham cookies | 100 Gram |
Directions
1 TAKE A HEAVY BOTTOM PAN , BOIL MILK IN HIGH FLAME , BY THE TIME MIX 2 EGG YOLK WITH HALF THE SUGAR AND BEAT TILL PALE .
2 NOW ADD THE EGG SOLUTION TO THE MILK AND MAKE CUSTARD IN LOW FLAME , DO NOT ALLOW TO BOIL ADD SALT COOK UNTIL THE CUSTARD COATS THE SPOON , REMOVE FROM FIRE AND TRANSFER TO A BOWL.
3. PLACE COTTAGE CHEESES IN A FOOD PROCESSOR ADD DANISH CREAM CHEESE , HALF THE SUGAR, ORANGE MARMALADE, CUSTARD , LEMON JUICE , BUTTER , VANILLA ESSENCE HEAVY CREAM AND ROSE PETALS AND GELATINE .
4 BLEND IT WELL TO A SMOOTH SEMISOLID BATTER
5 TAKE 6 TO 7 GRAHAM COOKIES ADD SUGAR AND BUTTER MAKE A CRUMB AND LET IT MOISTENENS
6.PRE HEAT THE OVEN TO 350 DEGREE FIT A PARCHMENTCIRCLE INTO THE BOTTONM OF THE PAN , MAKE A CRUST OF GRAHAM COOKIES CRUMBS AND BAKE FOR 10 MINUTES .
7 COOL THE MOULD , NOW SLOWELY POUR THE CHEESE MIXTURE TO THE MOULD , TOP WITH ROSE PETALS AND CHILL FOR 3 HRS
8 . WHEN READY CUT INTO WEDGES AND SERVE CHILL WITH VANILLA ICECREAM
