Butter Scotch Pudding – 1 pack (4 ½ ounce)
Pound Loaf Cake – 1 (14 ounce)
Directions
MAKING
1) Follow the directions given on the pudding package and prepare accordingly
2) Using a knife, cut the pound lengthwise
3) Using a 2 inch cookie cutter, cut each length into 3 circles
4) Arrange the circles in a dessert dish
5) Pour the butterscotch pudding over each circle
SERVING
6) Serve the pudding at room temperature
