Ingredients

 1 cup medium-dry white or red wine, sweet or dry Vermouth, or 1/2 cup each wine vinegar and water
 1 cup olive or other cooking oil
 Garlic1 Clove (5gm), crushed
 Few crushed sprigs fresh rosemary, tarragon, or thyme
 Juniper berries1/4 Teaspoon, crushed

Directions

MAKING
1. Take a large jar and place all the ingredients in it
2. Cover the jar and shake vigourously so as to make a well blended mixture

SERVING
1. Use it to marinade or baste poultry
