Poultry Marinade Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 cup medium-dry white or red wine, sweet or dry Vermouth, or 1/2 cup each wine vinegar and water | ||
| 1 cup olive or other cooking oil | ||
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm), crushed | |
| Few crushed sprigs fresh rosemary, tarragon, or thyme | ||
| Juniper berries | 1/4 Teaspoon, crushed | |
Directions
MAKING
1. Take a large jar and place all the ingredients in it
2. Cover the jar and shake vigourously so as to make a well blended mixture
SERVING
1. Use it to marinade or baste poultry
