Potted Herb Cheese Recipe

| Low fat small curd cottage cheese | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Low fat yogurt | 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs) | |
| Minced parsley | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Minced shallots | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Crumbed dried tarragon/Basil / 2 teaspoons chopped fresh basil | 3⁄4 Teaspoon | |
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5 gm) | |
| Tabasco | 1 Dash | |
| Assorted vegetables stick | 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Mushroom Caps, Zucchini Slices, Cherry Tomatoes And Celery Or Fennel Sticks) | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste |
Directions
Place in a blender container the cottage cheese, yogurt, parsley, spinach, shallots, tarragon, garlic, and Tabasco and blend until finely minced.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
