Ingredients

 
1 cup low fat, small curd cottage cheese
 
1/3 cup low fat yogurt
 
3 tablespoons each minced parsley and spinach
 
2 tablespoons minced shallots
 
3/4 teaspoon crumbed dried tarragon or basil or 2 teaspoons chopped fresh basil
 
1 clove garlic minced
 
dash of Tabasco
 
salt and pepper to taste
 
assorted raw vegetables such as mushroom caps, zucchini slices, cherry tomatoes and celery or fennel sticks

Directions

Place in a blender container the cottage cheese, yogurt, parsley, spinach, shallots, tarragon, garlic, and Tabasco and blend until finely minced.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Turn into a small crock, cover and chill.
