Ingredients

 Low fat small curd cottage cheese1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Low fat yogurt1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
 Minced parsley3 Tablespoon
 Minced shallots2 Tablespoon
 Crumbed dried tarragon/Basil / 2 teaspoons chopped fresh basil3⁄4 Teaspoon
 Garlic1 Clove (5 gm)
 Tabasco1 Dash
 Assorted vegetables stick1 Cup (16 tbs) (Mushroom Caps, Zucchini Slices, Cherry Tomatoes And Celery Or Fennel Sticks)
 Salt To Taste
 Pepper To Taste

Directions

Place in a blender container the cottage cheese, yogurt, parsley, spinach, shallots, tarragon, garlic, and Tabasco and blend until finely minced.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Turn into a small crock, cover and chill.
