Potted Turkey Spread Recipe
Ingredients
1/2 pound ground turkey
1 small yellow onion, chopped
2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish
2 tablespoons plain low fat yogurt
1/4 teaspoon paprika
Pinch ground nutmeg
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
Directions
In a 10 inch nonstick skillet, brown the turkey over moderate heat for 5 minutes or until cooked through.
Transfer the turkey to a food processor or electric blender and add the onion, relish, yogurt, paprika, nutmeg, and pepper.
Whirl the mixture for 15 seconds.
Transfer to a small crock or bowl, cover tightly, and refrigerate at least 2 hours.
