 Garlic2 Clove (5gm), minced
 Sage1/2 Teaspoon, crumbled
 6 squabs, cleaned and dressed, or 6 Rock
 Cornish game hens
 Bacon Slices6

Directions

Preheat oven to 400° F.
In a small bowl, combine garlic and sage and rub squabs with this mixture.
Wrap each bird in a slice of bacon and roast, uncovered, in a pan containing 1/2 inch of water, basting frequently, for 30 minutes.
