Potted Squabs Recipe
Ingredients
| Garlic | 2 Clove (5gm), minced | |
| Sage | 1/2 Teaspoon, crumbled | |
| 6 squabs, cleaned and dressed, or 6 Rock | ||

| Bacon Slices | 6 | |
Directions
Preheat oven to 400° F.
In a small bowl, combine garlic and sage and rub squabs with this mixture.
Wrap each bird in a slice of bacon and roast, uncovered, in a pan containing 1/2 inch of water, basting frequently, for 30 minutes.
