Pots De Creme (Poh Deh Krem) Recipe
pots de crème is a chocolate based frozen dessert that is super easy and quick to prepare. Chocolate chips processed along with light cream egg yolks and brandy is all there is to making the delciouos pots de crème.
Ingredients
1 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
1 1/4 cup light cream, scalded
2 egg yolks
3 tablespoons brandy
Directions
Put all ingredients into Osterizer container, cover and process at BLEND until smooth.
Pour into 6 traditional cups or small sherbets, filling 2/3 full.
Cover and chill at least 3 hours or until of pudding like consistency.
