Pots De Creme Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 package sweet cooking chocolate | ||
| 1 teaspoon instant espresso coffee | ||
| Light cream | 1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Sugar | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 6 egg yolks, slightly beaten | ||
| Vanilla | 1 Teaspoon | |
| 1 teaspoon hashish, grated (optional) | ||
| Pot | 1 Teaspoon, finley crushed | |
Directions
Combine chocolate, instant espresso, cream and sugar in top of double boiler.
Heat over hot water until chocolate melts.
Remove from heat.
Pour chocolate over the egg yolks very slowly, stirring constantly, until well mixed.
Return to double boiler.
Continue cooking over hot water stirring constantly until consistency of a thin pudding.
Stir in vanilla, hashish and pot.
Turn into individual serving cups.
