Potluck Potato Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| 1/3 cup commercial French dressing | ||
| 6 large potatoes, cooked, peeled, and cubed | ||
| Celery | 1 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Onion | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| 5 hard cooked eggs, chopped | ||
| Salt | 1 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Mayonnaise | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Cherry tomatoes | ||
Directions
Pour French dressing over potatoes.
Chill about 2 hours.
Add remaining ingredients except tomatoes and mix lightly.
Chill.
Garnish with cherry tomatoes, if desired.
