Potluck Baked Beans Recipe
Ingredients
2 c. navy beans
2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. catsup
1/3 c. (packed) brown
sugar
1/4 c. diced bacon
2 tbsp. molasses
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tbsp. diced onion
1/8 tsp. Pepper
Directions
Place beans in large saucepan; add cold water to cover.
Let stand overnight.
Bring beans to a boil; reduce heat.
Cover; cook for 30 minutes.
Add re- maining ingredients to beans; mix well.
Turn into 2-quart casserole; cover.
Bake at 325 degrees for 4 hours.
Stir beans occasionally; add boiling water as needed.
