Potluck Vegetable Casserole Recipe
Ingredients
1 (14 oz.) can whole kernel corn
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen cut broccoli, cooked
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen cauliflower, cooked
1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms
1 (17 oz.) can cream-style corn
2 cup shredded Swiss cheese
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of celery soup
2 Tbsp. butter
1 1/2. cup soft white bread crumbs
Directions
Drain corn, cooked cauliflower, cooked broccoli and mushrooms.
Combine creamed corn, cheese and soup.
Mix in drained vegetables.
Pour into 9 x 13-inch greased pan.
Melt butter; toss with crumbs.
Sprinkle on top of mixture.
Bake, uncovered, at 375° for 30 to 35 minutes.
