1 Peel and cut potatoes into small pieces.
2 In a pressure cooker, mix all the ingredients (except cilantro.
3 Add 1/2 cups of water.
4 Close the pressure cooker and cook on high heat till pressure builds ( will take two to three minutes)
6 As soon as the pressure builds turn the heat to medium.
7 Cook for another 4 to 5 minutes.
8 Turn the heat off and release the pressure
9 Open when safe and serve in a dish
10 Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve with hot puris.
