Potatoes with Green Bell Peppers Recipe
Ingredients
| 8 medium-sized potatoes, cut into quarters | ||
| 1 tsp+ 1/2 tsp salt | ||
| Olive oil | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 4 medium-sized green bell peppers, cut into quarters | ||
| Dried oregano | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Ground black pepper | 1 Teaspoon | |
Directions
GETTING READY
1) In boiling salted water, cook potatoes for 2-3 minutes and then drain and set aside.
MAKING
2) In a frying pan, heat oil over moderate heat.
3) Add potaotes and cook till three-quarters cooked, tossing gently.
4) Add the remaining ingredients and suate till potatoes are completely cooked.
SERVING
5) Serve hot.
