 8 medium-sized potatoes, cut into quarters
 1 tsp+ 1/2 tsp salt
 Olive oil1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 4 medium-sized green bell peppers, cut into quarters
 Dried oregano2 Teaspoon
 Ground black pepper1 Teaspoon

Directions

GETTING READY
1) In boiling salted water, cook potatoes for 2-3 minutes and then drain and set aside.

MAKING
2) In a frying pan, heat oil over moderate heat.
3) Add potaotes and cook till three-quarters cooked, tossing gently.
4) Add the remaining ingredients and suate till potatoes are completely cooked.

SERVING
5) Serve hot.
