Potatoes & Tuna Soup Recipe

1 can (1 pound) small white potatoes, drained and diced
1 cup thinly sliced celery
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
2 cans frozen condensed oyster stew, thawed
2 cans (about 7 ounces each) tuna, drained and flaked coarsely
1 can green peas
3 cups milk
2 tablespoons instant minced onion
1 teaspoon salt
Few drops red-pepper seasoning
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
Directions
1. Saute potatoes and celery lightly in butter or margarine in a heavy kettle.
2. Stir in oyster stew, tuna, peas and liquid, milk, instant onion, salt and pepper seasoning.
3. Heat very slowly, stirring several times, just to boiling. Ladle into heated soup bowls; sprinkle with parsley
