Potatoes Stuffed With Crab Meat Recipe

|Margarine||2 Tablespoon, softened|
|Canned crabmeat||6 Ounce, drained, flaked (1 Can)|
|Chives||2 Tablespoon, chopped|
|Sour cream||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Mayonnaise||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Parsley||1 Tablespoon, chopped|
|Corn and chili relish||2 Tablespoon|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|

Slice tops off potatoes, reserving tops.
Scoop out pulp carefully, leaving 1-inch shell.
Mash potato pulp with margarine in bowl.
Stir in crab meat, chives, sour cream, mayonnaise, parsley, relish and lemon juice.
Spoon mixture into shells; replace reserved tops.
Place on baking sheet.
Bake for 20 to 30 minutes or until heated through.
