 6 medium potatoes, cooked, peeled, sliced
 Butter/Margarine2 Tablespoon
 Garlic1 Clove (5gm), minced
 Sprouted lentils1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 Melted butter6 Tablespoon
 Salt To Taste
 Pepper1 To taste
 Sour cream1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Preheat oven to 350°.

Directions

Butter a 1 1/2-qt.baking dish.
Heat butter in skillet and saute garlic and chopped lentils together for 5 minutes.
Divide all ingredients in thirds and layer in baking dish as follows: potato slices, melted butter, garlic-lentil mixture, salt and pepper, sour cream.
Bake for 30 minutes.
