Potatoes In Sour Cream Recipe
Ingredients
| 6 medium potatoes, cooked, peeled, sliced | ||
| Butter/Margarine | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm), minced | |
| Sprouted lentils | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Melted butter | 6 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | 1 To taste | |
| Sour cream | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Preheat oven to 350°. | ||
Directions
Butter a 1 1/2-qt.baking dish.
Heat butter in skillet and saute garlic and chopped lentils together for 5 minutes.
Divide all ingredients in thirds and layer in baking dish as follows: potato slices, melted butter, garlic-lentil mixture, salt and pepper, sour cream.
Bake for 30 minutes.
