 Potatoes2 Pound

 1 cup grated Swiss cheese
 1 1/4 cup beef bouillon

Directions

GETTING READY
1) Grease with 1 tablespoon butter a 10-inch ovenproof baking dish.
2) Peel and slice potatoes about 1/8 inch thick.

MAKING
3) In the baking dish, arrange potatoes in layers.
4) Sprinkle each layer with salt, pepper, and cheese.
5) Sprinkle cheese on top and dot with remaining butter.
6) Warm bouillon and pour over potatoes.
7) Set baking dish over heat and simmer.
8) Bake at 425°F oven for 20-30 minutes.
