Potatoes Dauphinoise Recipe

Ingredients
1 1/2 cups (375 ml) potatoes, sliced in rounds
Salt and pepper
2 tsp (10 ml) garlic, finely sliced
4 tsp (20 ml) thyme
1/2 cup (125 ml) 35% cream milk
Directions
– Preheat oven to 375 °F (190 °C).
– In a large bowl, combine potatoes seasoned with salt, pepper, garlic, and thyme and stir.
– Spread mixture in an oven-prooi dish, pour cream over potatoes, then add milk up to halfway level and bake for 40 minutes or until liquid has reduced and top is golden.
