Potatoes Au Gratin Recipe
Ingredients
1 cup half and half
1 (32 ounce) package hash brown potatoes, thawed
2 tablespoons margarine
1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
Directions
Heat half and half in sauce pan.
Add potatoes and margarine.
Simmer slowly until thickened.
Pour into lightly greased baking dish.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Place under broiler.
Broil until brown.
