Classic Potatoes Anna Recipe
First of all let me thank my neighbor for sharing this excellent Potatoes Anna recipe. I tried this recipe for Potatoes Anna the other day and was totally bowled over. A good way to use up Vegetable is to make some irresistible Potatoes Anna. Make the French Potatoes Anna as a Side Dish and it will make your guests come back at your door step. Ingredients
1/2 cup melted butter
6 to 8 large baking potatoes, peeled and sliced
Salt
Pepper
Directions
Brush a 10-inch heavy frying pan (one that can be put into the oven) or shallow baking dish with part of the melted butter and overlap the potato slices in the pan, sprinkling each layer with salt and pepper to taste.
Pour over the remaining melted butter.
Bake uncovered in a 450° oven for 45 minutes, or until the top is crusty and the potatoes are tender.
