Potato Stuffing Recipe
Over the years I have mastered the art of making Potato Stuffing which I was taught by my family elders. I have a weakness for Vegetable, thus I prepare this recipe often. Whether you are an amateur cook or a professional chef, I recommend the Potato Stuffing for the sheer joy of cooking it.
Ingredients
2 cups hot mashed potatoes
1 egg
1 qt. dry bread crumbs
1 tbsp minced parsley
2 tbsp melted butter or margarine
1 onion minced
1/2 cup celery diced
1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
1 tsp salt
Pinch of pepper
Directions
Beat egg well and combine with mashed potatoes.
Soak bread in cold water and squeeze dry add to potato mixture.
Add all other ingredients and mix well.
Will stuff 6-8 lb. fowl.
