 Potatoes5 , sliced in to small pieces (boiled)
 Fennel seeds3 Teaspoon, powdered/ crushed
 Turmeric powder2 Teaspoon
 Red chili powder4 Teaspoon (adjust quantity as per taste)
 Garam masala powder3 Teaspoon (adjust quantity as per taste)
 Curry leaves2 (for garnish)
 Salt To Taste
 Oil1 Tablespoon (For frying)

Directions

1. Heat oil in kadai, add the crushed fennel seeds and curry leaves, let it splatter.
2. Now add the boiled sliced potatos, then add salt, turmeric, chilly and garam masala powders and saute for 5 min.
3. Nicely stir fry, till the potatos turn golden brown and the oil comes coated on the potatos.
4. Enjoy this slighly crispy, spicy potato with rice or chappati.
