Potato Soup With Worcestershire Sauce Recipe

Ingredients
2 cups diced potatoes
2 scallions, chopped
4 cups chicken broth
1 cup milk
1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 cup sour cream
Directions
Combine potatoes, scallions, and broth in cooker.
Close cover and put pressure con trol in place.
When pressure is reached, cook for 4 minutes.
Cool cooker at once.
Spoon out the solid vegetables; put them through a sieve to mash fine.
Return the vegetables to the broth; simmer.
Gradually add milk, Worcestershire sauce, and sour cream.
Serve soup either hot or cold.
