Ingredients

 
6 cups cubed potatoes,
 
2 cup fresh water
 
1 cup sliced carrot,
 
1 cup diced onion,
 
salt to taste
 
2 chicken bouillon cube
 
3 cups lowfat milk
 
4 tbsp. flour
 
1/2 lb grated cheese,

Directions

Step1-Mix cubed potatoes,sliced carrot,diced Onion,water and salt andCook them Don't drain!
Step2-Add low fat milk, flour, cheese ,chicken bouillon and Cook until thickened.
