Directions
1. Preheat the oven to 400 F.
MAKING
2. Drain the potato skins and arrange them on a baking sheet.
3. Place some crisped bacon, onion and cheese on each potato skin.
4. Bake in the oven for 10 to 15 minutes or until the cheese melts and the skin turns crispy.
SERVING
5. Serve hot as desired.
