Directions

1. Combine potatoes, egg whites, scallions, and pickle relish.
2. Combine Dijon mustard, mayonnaise, white wine vinegar, buttermilk, parsley, cayenne pepper, and black pepper.
3. Combine dressing with potato mixture.
