Ingredients

 Boiled potatoes3 Cup (48 tbs), diced
 Cucumber/Celery1 Cup (16 tbs), diced
 Onion1 Tablespoon, minced
 Sweet pickles4 , diced
 Salt1 Teaspoon
 Vinegar1 Tablespoon
 Mayonnaise3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)

Directions

Toss all the ingredients together lightly.
Chill well before serving.
Use: Serve in salad bowl lined with crisp lettuce, garnish with ripe olives.
Variation: Add 1/4 cup each chopped ripe olives and pimiento to ingredients and garnish with green pepper rings.
