 Potato1 Large
 Curds1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Sugar2 Tablespoon (or more)
 Green chilly1 Teaspoon, finely chopped
 Coriander leaves1 Tablespoon, chopped
 Jeera1⁄2 Teaspoon
 Oil1 Tablespoon
 Hing1 Pinch
 Boondi/Sev1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (for garnishing)

Directions

1. Boil potatoes. Let cool and cut into 1 cm. cubes.
2. In a bowl, beat curds with sugar till smooth.
3. Mix curd with the potato cubes. Add finely chopped green chillies and coriander leaves.
4. Add a pinch of salt.
5. Make a tempering with hing and jeera seeds.
6. Add to raita and mix well.
7. Serve cold, garnished with boondi or sev.
