Ingredients

 2 cups potatoes, cooked and pureed
 Onion1 , grated
 Green pepper1/2 To taste, minced
 Stewed tomatoes1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Basil1/2 Teaspoon
 Egg1
 Salt1/2 Teaspoon
 Nutritional yeast3 Tablespoon
 Soybeans1/2 Cup (16 tbs), roasted
 Soy flour2 Tablespoon

Directions

Blend all ingredients.
Turn into oiled loaf pan.
Bake in medium oven about 25 minutes.
Brown top under broiler during last few minutes.
