| Parsley sprigs | 1 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Mashed potatoes | 2 Cup (32 tbs) |

Directions
1) Greased a casserole.
MAKING
2) In a saucepan, add 1/4 cup water.
3) Add in the celery and onion and simmer till tender.
4) In a skillet, heat margarine.
5) Add in the bread and brown.
6) In a bowl, add the potatoes.
7) Fold in the eggs and parsley.
8) Stir in the celery mix and bread cubes.
9) Spoon into the casserole.
10) Cover and place in the oven at 350 degrees and bake for 30 minutes.
11) Uncover and continue baking for 15 minutes more.
SERVING
12) Use in roast chicken.
