Ingredients
Potatoes- 4 cups, mashed
Milk or cream- 2 tablespoons
Butter- 3 tablespoons, melted
Salt- 1/2 teaspoon
Parsley- 2 teaspoons, minced
Onion juice- few drops
Cayenne- a small amount
Egg yolks- 2
Fine dry crumbs- as required
Egg- 1, slightly beaten
Directions
MAKING
1.In a bowl, combine potatoes, milk, butter, seasonings and egg yolks
2.Beat until light
3.Shape into cones, roll in crumbs, egg and again in crumbs and brown in hot deep fat (385° F.)
SERVING
4.Serve with a sauce of your choice
