Ingredients

 Potatoes4 Cup (16 tbs), mashed
 Onion1/2 Teaspoon, chopped
 Milk2 Tablespoon
 2 egg-yolks
 Salt1/2 Teaspoon
 Beaten egg
 Pepper1/8 Teaspoon
 Sifted dried crumbs

Directions

Add milk, salt, pepper, chopped onion and beaten egg-yolks to mashed potatoes.
Chill and then shape.
Fry in deep hot fat at 390° F. until brown on all sides.
