Potato Chips Recipe
Ingredients
6 potatoes, peeled
Salt to taste
Directions
Slice potatoes paper thin; soak in cold water for 1 hour.
Drain; pat dry tietween paper toweling.
Place just enough potato slices in frying basket to cover bottom.
Fry in hot duep fat for 3 minutes or until lightly browned, shaking basket frequently.
Drain on paper toweling; sprinkle with salt.
