Beat eggs together with water.
In a brown paper bag put potato chip crumbs and parsley and paprika.
Dip chicken pieces in egg mixture to coat.
Then put pieces in brown bag, a few at a time, and shake to coat.
Place coated chicken in a shallow baking pan so that pieces do not touch.
Sprinkle with fresh lemon juice.
Refrigerate chicken immediately for at least 1 hour before cooking. (This refrigeration helps coating adhere to surface of chicken.) After chilling, place chicken in a preheated 350Â° F. oven and bake for 50 to 60 minutes or until tender and golden
