Potato Chip Oven Fried Chicken Recipe
Ingredients
| Fryer chicken | 1 | |
| Eggs | 2 | |
| Water | 2 Tablespoon | |
| 1 1/2 c. potato chip crumbs | ||
| Parsley | 4 Tablespoon, finely chopped | |
| Paprika | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Lemon juice | 2 Tablespoon | |
Directions
Rinse and pat dry chicken pieces.
Beat eggs together with water.
In a brown paper bag put potato chip crumbs and parsley and paprika.
Dip chicken pieces in egg mixture to coat.
Then put pieces in brown bag, a few at a time, and shake to coat.
Place coated chicken in a shallow baking pan so that pieces do not touch.
Sprinkle with fresh lemon juice.
Refrigerate chicken immediately for at least 1 hour before cooking. (This refrigeration helps coating adhere to surface of chicken.) After chilling, place chicken in a preheated 350° F. oven and bake for 50 to 60 minutes or until tender and golden
