Ingredients
(1) - Potayoes 1/2 kg. Boiled & mashed.
(2) - Chicke minced 1/2 kg.
(3) - Chopped capsicum 1 cup.
(4) - Chopped carrot 1/2 cup.
(5) - Black pepper powder 1 1/2 tsp.
(6) - Salt to taste.
(7) - Chinese salt 1 tsp.(
(8) - Beaten eggs3-4.
(9) - Bread crumbs 1 1/2 cup.
Directions
Mix all the ingredients with mashed potoes. Prepare cutlets any shape, dip in egg batter ,then cover well it bread crmbs & fry in deep oil.
Serve the crispy cutlets with criender sauce & Tomato ketchup.
