MAKING
1 In a pan, boil potatoes in salted water until tender.
2 Peel the potatoes and cut into small pieces.
3 In a pan, heat the ghee.
4 Add in cumin seeds, potatoes, chopped coriander, green chillie, salt, pepper and amchoor.
5 Stir well to combine.
