 Margarine1 Teaspoon
 Frozen peas1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 4 1/2 ounces pared potatoes, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
 Curry powder3/4 Teaspoon
 Salt1/8 Teaspoon
 Italian tomatoes1/2 Cup (16 tbs), crushed
 Water1/2 Cup (16 tbs)

Directions

In small skillet heat margarine until bubbly and hot; add potatoes and tomatoes and saute for 5 minutes.
Add peas, curry powder, and salt, then stir in water; cover and let simmer, stirring occasionally, until potatoes and peas are tender, about 25 minutes (if necessary, add more water to prevent sticking).
