Potato Tuna Casserole Recipe
Ingredients
| Potatoes | 2 Cup (16 tbs), mashed | |
| Tuna fish | 1 Can (10oz) | |
| Onion | 1 Tablespoon, minced | |
| Curry powder | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Potato chips | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), crushed |
Directions
Mix all ingredients except potato chips, and put in shallow baking dish.
Sprinkle with potato chips.
Bake in preheated moderate oven (350°F.) for about 30 minutes.
