 Potatoes450 Gram (For 4)
 Bread55 Gram (For 4)
 Salt To Taste (For 4)
 Green chillies10 Gram (For 4)
 Coriander leaves1/2 Bunch (100gm) (For 4)
 Breadcrumbs30 Gram (For 4)
 Fat to fry

Directions

1. Wash and boil potatoes till tender. Peel and mash.
2. Soak bread in water. When soaked squeeze out water.
3. Mix potatoes, bread, salt, finely chopped coriander leaves and green chillies.
4. Make into balls. Flatten. Coat with breadcrumbs and shallow fry.
