Potato Tikki Recipe
Ingredients
| Potatoes | 450 Gram (For 4) | |
| Bread | 55 Gram (For 4) | |
| Salt | To Taste (For 4) | |
| Green chillies | 10 Gram (For 4) | |
| Coriander leaves | 1/2 Bunch (100gm) (For 4) | |
| Breadcrumbs | 30 Gram (For 4) | |

Directions
1. Wash and boil potatoes till tender. Peel and mash.
2. Soak bread in water. When soaked squeeze out water.
3. Mix potatoes, bread, salt, finely chopped coriander leaves and green chillies.
4. Make into balls. Flatten. Coat with breadcrumbs and shallow fry.
