Ingredients

 Potatoes2.5 Kilogram
 Bread500 Gram
 Onion50 Gram
 Green chilli1
 Coriander leaves few sprigs.
 Salt To Taste
 Fat to fry 100 gm.
 Coriander leaves1 Bunch (100gm) (Chutney)
 Onions150 Gram (Chutney)
 Green chillies5 (Chutney)
 Lime1 (Chutney)
 Salt To Taste (Chutney)

Directions

1. Boil potatoes in their jackets till done. Peel and mash well.
2. Soak bread in a little water. Squeeze out moisture.
3. Chop green chillies, coriander leaves and onion finely.
4. Mix together prepared ingredients and salt.
5. Form into balls. Press. Put a small quantity of prepared chutney in the centre.
6. Seal edges. Shape into rounds and shallow fry.
Chutney
1. Wash and drain coriander leaves.
2. Grind together onions, coriander leaves, green chillies and salt. Add lime juice to taste and mix well.
