 2 pounds medium-size red thin-skinned potatoes
 Dill sauce
 Red bell pepper slivers (optional)
 Salt To Taste
 Pepper To Taste

Directions

In a 5- to 6-quart pan, bring about 3 quarts water to a boil.
Add potatoes, cover, and boil gently until tender when pierced, 25 to 30 minutes; drain.
When cool, cut into 1/4 inch-thick slices.
Mix sauce and potatoes with salt and pepper to taste.
